JOB DESCRIPTION The Travel Executive Protection Agent (Armed) , based in Washington, D.C., is responsible for providing high-level executive protection services to designated principals. This role focuses on protective operations, advanced planning, and risk mitigation across residential, travel, and global environments. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of operating independently and as part of a team while executing protective operations at the highest standard. RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the Travel Executive Protection Agent include, but are not limited to: Executive Protection Protective Operations Provide close protection and low-profile security support to principals across travel, events, and daily activities Conduct advance planning, site assessments, and trip briefings to identify and mitigate risk Support protective operations, ensuring readiness and adherence to established protocols Coordinate with local law enforcement, internal teams, and external partners as needed Deliver real-time risk assessments and communicate potential threats to personnel, assets, or reputation Execute daily operations, including movements, coverage, and logistical coordination Maintain operational readiness of equipment, vehicles, and supporting materials Adapt to dynamic schedules and evolving operational requirements while maintaining professionalism Program Management Strategy Directly support the protective services program, ensuring alignment with client expectations and global standards Develop and implement policies, procedures, and escalation protocols for protective operations Identify gaps in processes, resources, and coverage; implement solutions as part of the broader security strategy Lead internal initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of security operations Oversee quality control measures across employees, embedded staff, and contracted resources Assist in budget development, forecasting, and resource planning Emergency Incident Response Act as the lead responder during emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, security threats, and severe weather events Coordinate response efforts with emergency services and external partners Prepare detailed incident reports, conduct debriefs, and recommend corrective actions Client Coordination Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding security operations and ...
