Job Description:
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven FP&A Analyst to support financial reporting, variance analysis, and business insights. This role will play a key part in ensuring high-quality financial data, generating actionable insights, and enabling effective decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Extract, consolidate, and validate financial actuals from SAP ERP
Retrieve and reconcile planning data from Anaplan
Perform monthly variance analysis (Actuals vs Plan/Forecast) and identify key drivers
Prepare concise financial summaries, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders
Track Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor spend against budgets, highlighting risks and trends
Support ad hoc analysis and data requests for FP&A and cross-functional teams
Contribute to improving reporting processes, data quality, and automation initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
Strong understanding of financial statements and cost drivers
Skills & Competencies
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination

Exposure to business partnering and strategic decision support
Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as SAP ERP and Anaplan
