Our solution helps to digitise a paper-based process, mitigates fraud & automate processes, and as a result, enhances the customer experience. Due to our growth, we are expanding our entrepreneurial European team for German territory, to drive new business within the financial services industry. The Business Development Lead – Financial Services will be responsible for prospecting, calling, & social selling to develop new relationships with financial institutions, across Germany. About the Role: As a Business Development Lead – Financial Services, at Confirmation, part of Thomson Reuters, you will: · Drive network growth Germany, achieving pipeline and sales targets · Develop and implement a sales strategy to add banks, custodians, and fund administrators onto the technology platform. · Identify and set up meetings with prospective key decision makers across the territory. · Attend client meetings, tradeshows, user groups, and key conferences to network, build new contacts and drive growth. · Work with the Marketing team to plan and drive strategic initiatives, programmes, messaging, and campaigns within the region. · Provide market feedback to the product team that enhances the current offering. · This position requires approximately 10% domestic travel to ensure a smooth onboarding of clients. About You: To be our Business Development Lead – Financial Services you will likely have/be: · Demonstrable experience of driving new business from prospecting, right through to closing deals. · Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. · Exceptional presenting skills at the C-Suite/senior level and ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders in global organisations. · B2B sales experience, preferably within financial services or audit. · Experience of selling in a complex sales cycle. #LI-KL1 What’s in it For You?
