Roles & Responsibilities Lead your Business: • Data-Driven Execution: Utilize performance metrics and KPIs to refine team capacity, capability, and adoption signals, ensuring alignment with Cisco’s strategic objectives. • Customer Journey Management: Guide the team across the full customer lifecycle—Land, Adopt, Expand, and Renew—to drive recurring revenue and platform success. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Leverage internal and external networks, including Engineering, Architectures, CX, Partners, and Marketing, to deliver differentiated solutions. • Competitive Strategy: Use market intelligence and installed-base insights to pursue high-value opportunities and articulate Cisco’s platform value with urgency.
