The People Team at Latitude is a comprehensive unit supporting the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to total rewards, performance management, and specialized HR operations. We are looking for a Sr. People Operations Analyst to serve as the technical backbone of our People Technology ecosystem.
As a subject matter expert in HR Technology, you will lead the evolution of our core platforms: Workday (HRIS) , Greenhouse (ATS) , and Lattice (People Success) . We are seeking a technical Workday power-user who is passionate about driving operational efficiency, scaling systems for growth, and translating complex business needs into elegant technical solutions. In this role, you won't just maintain systems; you will architect the future of Latitude’s HR technology landscape.
What you’ll do:
System Strategy Implementation: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology projects, from initial requirements gathering and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization
Module Expansion: Provide technical leadership for the implementation of new HR modules and the integration of emerging tools into the existing ecosystem
Lifecycle Events: Drive the technical configuration and execution of critical annual cycles, including Open Enrollment, Performance Management, and Compensation, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and administrators
Process Optimization: Continuously audit and enhance current People Team workflows, identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and eliminate friction
Troubleshooting Support: Serve as the primary technical lead for troubleshooting complex system issues and managing integrations, partnering closely with IT to resolve escalated access or data errors
Advanced Analytics Data Integrity: Architect advanced reports and dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights into workforce trends and organization health, ensuring data flow remains accurate, secure, and compliant
Standardization Documentation: Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and detailed user guides to ensure operational consistency and data integrity across all HR platforms
Training User Enablement: Facilitate live, hands-on training sessions and workshops for employees, managers, and the People Team to drive system adoption and self-service proficiency across the organization
What you'll need to succeed:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Technical Expertise: 4+ years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration
Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional HR technology projects and system implementations from inception to completion
Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, escalate appropriately, and provide data-driven solutions
