Equinox is looking for bright, driven individuals looking to commit to us for the Summer 2026.  Are you ready to maximize your future career?  If you are a high performing individual who is passionate about inspiring others and developing your future, we are excited to discuss career opportunities with you.  The Strategy Intern will play a critical role in supporting Equinox’s Leads Journey Pilot, a live initiative focused on optimizing lead-to-conversion journeys through data, reporting, and AI-enabled communications. While this pilot will be the intern’s primary focus, the intern will also contribute to select ad hoc projects throughout the summer to gain broader exposure to Equinox’s business development, marketing, digital, and technology teams  What You’ll Do  Data Discovery & Journey Mapping  Partner closely with Data Science to audit marketing and engagement data flowing through Engage  Partner closely with Digital lead to synthesize various lead journeys into one cohesive process  Identify key variables driving speed to response and speed to conversion  Document best‑in‑class conversion journeys, including communication strategy, cadence, and touchpoints  Reporting & Performance Measurement  Support the build-out of KPIs and dashboards to measure Pilot performance  Help establish daily reporting rhythms focused on journey effectiveness  Use existing prospect journey documentation as a baseline for optimization  Comparative Analysis  Assist in developing regular reporting comparing various lead journeys, focusing on communications and channels communications  Surface performance variance, efficiencies, and opportunities across programs  Digital & Brand Integration  Collaborate closely with the Digital team to connect learnings to broader lead‑to‑journey initiatives  Collaborate with Marketing to refine and optimize communication strategies  Synthesis, Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement  Translate pilot learnings into refined process flows and updated reporting  Collaborate with Marketing Advisors, Marketing, Tech, and cross functional partners to validate insights  Incorporate both quantitative results and qualitative feedback into recommendations  Final Presentation & Deliverables  Present final outputs to leadership, including:  End-to-end pilot journey synthesis with measurable results  Best‑in‑class conversion journey process flows  Daily and comparative performance dashboards and reporting templates  Currently pursuing a masters degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field  Strong analytical thinker with comfort working with performance metrics and reporting tools  Interested in lifecycle marketing, CRM, AI, and customer journey optimization  Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams  Comfortable collaborating across teams and embedding with stakeholders  Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment  Why Join Equinox Group  Work on a live, strategic AI powered marketing pilot  Gain exposure to high visibility cross functional initiatives  Learn from leaders across Marketing, Data, Digital, and Technology  Experience Equinox’s performance driven, high-energy culture Program Overview   Paid Summer Internship   Relevant major or previous internship experience with interest in long term employment with us preferred   40 hours per week  Duration June– August   8 weeks (Exact dates may vary depending on student availability an ...
