About the opportunity Quality Specialist III is responsible for performing payroll validation for critical clients. The results of the validation are provided real time to the Payroll Operations team to ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness SLAs are met. The individual is also responsible for driving standardization and process improvements. The individual will partner with Products and Operations teams to implement enhancements and process changes that are aligned with standard controls. What you'll get to do Payroll & Process Management Support the target operating model of Asia Managed Services Identify quality weaknesses in the full end-to-end payroll process performed by Payroll Operations team Facilitate meetings with Payroll Operations to address findings and implement solutions to reduce errors Collaborate with functional teams in all service centers to standardize processes and drive best practices Analyze available data to determine gaps or opportunities and provide recommendations Support project initiatives where subject matter expertise is required in the field of payroll and compliance Reporting & Documentation Provide monthly status report on QA and compliance findings Skills and experience we value Tertiary Qualifications in Business, HR, or related discipline More than 4 years’ experience in payroll, HR, or Business Consulting Excellent knowledge of Southeast Asia payroll, statutory, and tax requirements Knowledge of information security and data privacy handling, Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus Extremely responsive and organized, keen to detail Proven ability to prioritize and deliver with accurate results even in a high-pressure environment Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Creative aptitude with the ability to design alternative solutions Strong business acumen with the ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language Highly self-motivated and directed Agile and skilled in working within a dynamic environment What’s in it for you Dayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
