Hardware Engineer

Your Impact In this role, you will provide essential administrative and project coordination support, helping to track and follow up on multiple tasks and project timelines. You will assist engineers with training arrangements and administrative tasks, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with global teams. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes. Success means enabling smooth project execution and supporting team productivity through proactive coordination and communication. Responsibilities Provide administrative support and project coordination to ensure smooth workflow Track and follow up on multiple tasks and project timelines Assist engineers with training arrangements and other administrative duties Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects and training Support continuous improvement initiatives for work processes Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor degree or above (Engineering related field is a plus). 0–3 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome). Experience in administrative support or project coordination is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding of ticketing/work order systems (experience is a plus) Good coordination and organizational skills Ability to track and follow up on multiple tasks and project timelines Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with global teams Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams Ability to support engineers in training arrangements and administrative tasks Willingness to learn and support continuous improvement of work processes SiOps Why Cisco?
