The Director of End User Computing leads the global strategy, execution, and operational excellence of enterprise IT services across Service Desk, Asset Management, Platform Engineering, and Workplace Technology. This role is responsible for delivering a secure, scalable, and high-performing end-user environment that enables business productivity and supports executive and enterprise stakeholders. These components are the driving factors behind exceptional employee technology experience. As a senior IT leader, the Director establishes technical vision, operational standards, and service delivery frameworks across endpoint ecosystems, collaboration platforms, identity systems, and workplace technologies.
