The Work: Develops, maintains, and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports Directs and/or participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection. Support with ELM/JIRA management (e.g., navigation across features, logging defects) Reviews test plans and test reports for technical competence, effectiveness, and compliance with standards Observes and evaluates the execution of customer acceptance test activities Performs integration activities involving developed application software Identifies and documents problems and issues, providing specific guidance on root-cause and remediation Applies best practices for elaboration, testing and training Here's What You Need: Originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks relevant to testing and development teams (written and verbal) Demonstrated ability to seek out information (proactive learning) Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Bachelor’s Degree Problem solver, consensus seeker, team player, and excellent communicator Would Be Nice To Have: Familiar with Pega or similar low-code COTS platforms testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities Experience with enterprise lifecycle management and requirements documentation tools Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
