About Tokyo Applied Intuitionは2019年に日本市場に参入しました。その後急速に成長を遂げ、日本の主要自動車OEMとの戦略的パートナーシップを築いてきました。東京オフィスは大手町エリアに位置し、Woven by Toyota、T2、Mobileye、TIER IV、Google、Siemensなどの名だたる企業出身の60名以上の社員が在籍しています。現在、初めての新卒採用も開始しています。詳細はこちらをご覧ください。 業務内容について: AV Driver Trainerとして、自動運転車両オペレーションチームの一員となり、公道および高速道路での実車自動運転テストをサポートするドライバーの育成・認定を担当していただきます。テスト車両に乗車するすべてのドライバーがApplied Intuitionの安全基準を満たしていることを確認する、重要な役割を担います。自ら模範を示し、安全を最優先に考え、複雑なプロトコルをわかりやすく実践的な指導へと落とし込める方を求めています。 主な業務内容: 安全プロトコル、路上手順、AV固有の運用ガイドラインを網羅したドライバー研修プログラムの設計・実施 新規ドライバーの乗車前認定および基準維持のための定期的な再評価の実施 研修期間中のドライバーへの同乗指導およびリアルタイムフィードバックの提供 ドライバーチーム全体の知識・スキルのギャップを特定し、改善のための研修資料を開発 Fleet SpecialistおよびOperationsチームと連携し、変化する運用要件に合わせた研修プログラムのアップデート 全ドライバーの研修記録、認定状況、コンプライアンス関連書類の正確な管理 テスト運用中のオンサイト安全担当として、プロトコルの遵守徹底および問題発生時の適切なエスカレーション 年間約25%の出張を伴うオフサイトでのテスト業務のサポート 求める人物像 : 過去5年以上、無事故・無違反のクリーンな運転記録をお持ちの方 業務上の場でドライバーの指導・認定を行った実務経験をお持ちの方 安全運転行動の徹底・模範を示してきた実績を持つ、安全第一の姿勢をお持ちの方 プロトコルや手順を明確に伝えられる、優れたコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方 運用ドキュメントの読解や海外チームメンバーとのコミュニケーションに対応できる基本的な英語力（翻訳ツールの使用可） Nice to have: 大型免許 トラックまたは商用車ドライバーへの指導経験 自動運転テスト環境またはフリート運用に関する知識・経験 Don’t meet every single requirement?
