As an HR Consultant, you’ll help shape Justworks’ Customer Success Organization strategy by partnering closely with the Customer Success and Support teams to deliver Human Resources tools and guidance to Justworks’ customers. Your Success Profile What You Will Work On Communicate directly with customers regarding HR inquiries, displaying high levels of professionalism, ownership, and compassion Independently manage and prioritize a high-volume queue of complex HR and compliance questions, offering clear best practices guidance and effective options while ensuring timely, high-quality responses Explain complicated compliance and HR concepts in simple, user-friendly terms Balance customer-facing work with participation in ongoing team and departmental projects that improve internal processes and the overall customer experience Create and update HR-related content for both external and internal uses Serve as a representative for the team and subject matter expert in presentations, training sessions, and inter-departmental initiatives Liaise with Compliance to uphold Justworks’ standards as a co-employer and demonstrate discretion as to when issues warrant escalation Perform other related duties as assigned How You Will Do Your Work As an HR Consultant, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately result in our success as an organization.
