About the Role: As a Buyer at CrowdStrike, you will be responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle, vendor relationships, and supporting business needs through effective purchasing strategies. You will play a critical role in ensuring cost-effective acquisitions while maintaining compliance with company policies. What You'll Do: Execute the complete procurement process from requisition to purchase order creation and management Identify and evaluate vendors, analyze quotes from a TCO perspective, and validate pricing to ensure best value Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to secure optimal pricing aligned with company policies Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution Maintain accurate vendor records and procurement documentation in company systems Process purchase requisitions in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation Assist Accounts Payable and business owners with invoice reconciliation and payment issues Support contract reviews and renewals in coordination with legal and business stakeholders Monitor and manage procurement budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis Generate regular procurement reports and contribute to KPI tracking and MIS activities Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures Identify and implement efficiencies in the procurement process to enhance productivity What You’ll Need: 3-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management Demonstrated experience with full requisition-to-payment processes Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external partners Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Experience with vendor management and relationship building Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills Bonus Points: Experience with hotel or venue sourcing platforms (e.g., Cvent) Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow (SNOW) Understanding of contract management and risk mitigation Experience working in a global corporate environment Knowledge of travel and expense management systems Background in stakeholder management across organizational levels Shift Timing : 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST Work Location : Kharadi, Pune #LI-SA2 Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Market leader in compensation and equity awards Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge Paid parental and adoption leaves Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections Vibrant office culture with world class amenities Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
