Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you. About the Role CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for our Finance Data Analytics team. This strategic analytics position will report directly to the Manager of Data Engineering with matrix reporting to the Finance Data Analytics Manager. The role provides Sales support with a focus on Finance KPIs, providing technical background of how metrics are derived and impact of upstream data. Establishing strong cross-functional partnerships will be key in the success of this role. Location- Pune (WFO) Shift time : 7.00 AM – 4.00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide ad-hoc support for CrowdStrike’s JAPAC Sales Operations Sales Teams, focusing on Finance KPIs that impact revenue forecasting: ACV, ARR, renewals Deliver revenue-impacting analyses from complex quote structures and booking scenarios Collaborate closely with upstream platform teams to ensure a high level of data quality: DealDesk, CPQ, Salesforce Teams Partner with Finance Data Engineering Team to investigate and drive solutions for new bookings use cases as the business evolves Design, establish, and maintain new data sets and dashboards for region-specific or project- specific Sales initiatives Participate in financial month-end and quarter-end close process What You’ll Need: 5 years in an analytics role, 2 years in a SaaS organization with Sales / Sales Ops experience Proficiency in SQL and knowledgeable of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake is a plus) Proficiency in Salesforce Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau is a plus) Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights Self-motivated and proactive strategic mindset #LI-SM1 #LI-SA2 Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Market leader in compensation and equity awards Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge Paid parental and adoption leaves Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections Vibrant office culture with world class amenities Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
