As a Senior Financial System Analyst for the Reporting, Analytics & Insights (RAI) COE in Global Finance at Medtronic, you’ll have an opportunity to contribute to the world’s largest medical device company. This dynamic role within a multicultural environment fosters career growth and is critical to driving operational excellence across financial operations.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality, insightful reports, tools, and dashboards. Your work will empower leadership and teams across various functions with actionable data insights to drive performance and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with finance analysts, data engineers, and business users to gather requirements, validate output, and ensure the solutions meet business objectives.
Drive efficiency/improvement of related finance processes in support of the organization
Continuous reflection on team processes to identify opportunities for improvement of business partnering impact and time efficiencies in personal and team finance support
Ad hoc analysis and reporting to leadership, business partners and key stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Finance, Accounting or Business Analytics experience
Nice to Have:
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Positive and motivated approach to tasks and building relationships with both the RAI team and business stakeholders
Experience with Medtronic financial systems (SAP, OneStream, Excel, Power BI) Familiarity with Snowflake, Python/R is a plus
Proactive mindset with passion for automation and continuous improvement
Expertise in leveraging systems and data for insightful analysis
Strong organizational and time-management skills; adept at multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
