Own and manage the capital expenditure budget, ensuring alignment with financial capacity and strategic goals Monitor and control project costs, recommending solutions to avoid cost overruns Evaluate investment opportunities using financial metrics such as NPV, IRR, and payback period Conduct cost-benefit and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making Support the annual Capex investment planning process across business units Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including PO and accrual reviews Present analysis and recommendations to senior management in a clear, impactful manner Collaborate with Project Managers, HQ FPA, and fulfillment center finance teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting Present and explain financial analysis, recommendations, and complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner Contribute to quarterly investment reviews and help shape Capex strategy Basic Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in analytical and forecasting functions with a focus on Capex and depreciation. Proficiency in advanced Excel Experience working with large datasets and automating reports (SQL, Python a plus) Effective communication skills to present analysis to stakeholders Working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and drive for continuous improvement Solid financial modeling skills Preferred Qualifications Fluent in English reading and writing, with intermediate or higher speaking skills Experience using SAP (FI/CO) Experience working in a matrix organization or global environment Accounting-related certifications Experience using SQL or Python Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
