Regional Lead, Ads & Promotions (Retail Media) - South Region

We’re looking for a Regional Lead, Ads Promotions to drive performance across our South region (a cluster of key European markets). You’ll own how Ads Promotions perform in your region — from revenue and adoption to execution. This is a high-impact role where you’ll turn strategy into action, scale what works, and help build a consistent, high-performing business across countries. What you’ll be doing Own Ads Promotions performance across your markets, including revenue, adoption, and key commercial KPIs Translate strategy into execution by aligning local teams, setting clear targets, and driving weekly performance follow-ups Improve how markets sell and scale Ads Promotions — across both enterprise accounts and SMB / long-tail merchants Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Ops to launch new ad formats, promo tools, and improve adoption of existing solutions Build and roll out playbooks and ways of working that reduce performance gaps across markets Identify growth opportunities and performance issues using data, and take action to improve results Work cross-functionally to drive execution across multiple stakeholders, without direct ownership of all teams 🧠 What we’re looking for Must have 8–12+ years experience in marketplaces, AdTech, Retail Media, or similar Proven track record of driving revenue across multiple markets Strong commercial mindset with focus on growth and performance Experience working across Sales, Product, and Operations Data-driven with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments Nice to have Experience in retail media, food delivery, or marketplace businesses Exposure to self-serve platforms, promotions, or CRM Experience scaling SMB / long-tail segments Familiarity with AI-driven tools or automation 📈 What success looks like Your region consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets Strong improvements in adoption, conversion, and productivity Reduced performance gaps across markets High adoption of new products and initiatives Execution becomes scalable and predictable 🌍 Why this role matters We’re scaling Ads Promotions into a key growth engine for Wolt globally .
