We care deeply about capital discipline.</p> <p>We are hiring a Strategic Finance Lead to help architect the financial engine behind our next stage of growth. This role sits at the center of capital allocation, pricing, long-range planning, and investor engagement.</p> <p>This is not traditional FPA. This is a build role for someone who understands capital, risk, and scale.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the company’s financial architecture - long-range planning, multi-scenario modeling, and company-level decision support</li> <li>Drive financial strategy across brokerage and lending, with clear return and risk frameworks</li> <li>Lead lending and pricing economics, including loan book profitability, stress testing, and structured pricing strategy</li> <li>Define the operating and financial metrics that matter, building durable modeling infrastructure that scales with the business</li> <li>Support board and investor engagement, translating complex financial dynamics into clear, disciplined narratives</li> <li>Operate cross-functionally across Treasury, Accounting, Data, Product, and Partnerships to ensure financial rigor is embedded in how Strike builds and deploys capital</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>7–12 years in investment banking, corporate finance, private credit, capital markets, fintech finance, or similarly rigorous environments</li> <li>Experience modeling credit or balance sheet-driven businesses</li> <li>Strong intuition for cost of capital, financial structuring, and capital efficiency</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally with treasury, accounting, data, or product teams</li> <li>Experience supporting senior leaders and interacting with boards or investors</li> <li>Advanced financial modeling skills (multi-scenario, sensitivity, stress testing)</li> <li>Clear, concise communicator - able to turn complexity into insight</li> <li>High ownership mindset; comfortable building from zero</li> <li>Fintech, financial services, or crypto experience is a plus</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strike builds real financial products.
