About the Role We’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to support hiring across our facilities and broader organization. This role combines high-volume hourly hiring with full-cycle recruiting coordination across all roles. You’ll own scheduling, candidate communication, and process coordination—partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams to ensure a fast, organized, and seamless hiring experience. What You’ll Do Coordinate and schedule interviews across hourly and non-hourly roles Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely and professional follow-up Support hiring events remotely (confirmations, reminders, candidate tracking, follow-ups) Conduct reference checks and provide clear, structured feedback to the Talent team Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in ATS (Greenhouse) Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and keep processes moving Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall candidate experience Support and refine workflows within the Talent Acquisition function What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, customer service, or administrative support Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable working cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus Why This Role Exposure to both high-volume and professional hiring Opportunity to partner closely with Talent and Operations teams across the business Fast-paced role with immediate impact on hiring outcomes Strong entry point into recruiting and people operations Opportunity to help shape and improve recruiting processes as we scale Benefits 💸 Get paid in USD 🗺 Work remotely: design the life that you want ⛱ Enjoy 15 days of vacation each year from the start date 🎄 16 fully paid Argentinean holidays 🩺 Healthcare Benefit: Monthly stipend to use in your preferred healthcare provider 🗓️ 5- year Sabbatical: After 5 years with CookUnity, you get a 4-week paid sabbatical 🐣 Paid Family leave 🕯 Compassionate Leave: 3-5 days each time the need arises 🧘🏽‍♀️ Customize the benefits that suit your needs!
