Additionally, we expect all team members to effectively leverage modern AI technologies as part of their everyday workflow, and to continuously adapt as new tools emerge. Familiarity with job-relevant AI platforms such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot or other industry-standard AI productivity tools is expected and considered essential for success at this company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our ideal candidate, you are passionate about our company mission and are able to channel that energy into supporting and motivating providers to grow their business. Exceeding retention & growth performance expectations motivates you given that you are directly contributing to redesigning behavioral health as you support and grow high quality providers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Successfully manage a caseload of 2,000 providers to grow their business with SonderMind, inclusive of dormant, steady and high growth providers
- Proactively identify areas for providers to grow their caseloads, increase performance metrics and retain their relationships with SonderMind
- Collaboratively develop innovative solutions for encouraging providers to choose SonderMind as their partner of choice
- And other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects from time to time based on business needs
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
- Meet or exceed monthly growth performance goals (defined quarterly)
- Retain assigned provider caseload
- Ensure working with providers to meet SonderMind billing and clinical expectations i.e. closely manage aging claims + work with clinical quality team to address compliance issues
- Performance will be measured quarterly to ensure pacing towards targets

- Experience working with a high-volume of inbound inquiries, external outreach, and a large number of relationships
- Self-starter, takes initiative and adapts to changing demands
- Brings a positive and professional attitude to work every day
- Growth mindset, always ready to learn and apply new strategies or approaches
- Superior attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience utilizing data to drive insight and action
- Experience with a CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience working for a high growth company (healthcare industry preferred)
- Comfortable navigating difficult situations with customers
OUR BENEFITS
The base salary for this role is $60,000. In addition to base salary, this position may also be eligible to participate in both our commission and equity plan. Total cash compensation (base + commission) is $75,000.
