The role: We are hiring a Senior Partner Program Manager, ISV Marketplace to own the strategy, operations, and growth of Jobber's ISV Marketplace program and scale the systems that attract, enable, and retain high-quality marketplace partners. This role sits at the intersection of program management, platform strategy, and partner operations. You will define and execute the end-to-end marketplace partner experience — from recruitment and onboarding through listing optimization and ongoing performance management — while building the scalable frameworks, tooling, and governance needed to grow the marketplace into a best-in-class ecosystem. This is a highly strategic and operationally driven role requiring strong program management discipline, commercial thinking, cross-functional leadership, and experience scaling marketplace or platform partner programs in a fast-growing environment. Travel to partner sites and industry conferences will be required.
