About the role As a Senior IT Analyst, you will be the anchor of our support operations and a strategic technical resource for our employees and clinical teams. Your mission is to deliver a reliable, considerate, and secure technology experience while acting as a proactive partner to the broader business. You are an independent thinker who thrives in ambiguity, capable of diagnosing complex issues across endpoints, identity, networks, and collaboration platforms. Beyond day-to-day troubleshooting, you will build cross-functional bridges—such as partnering with our teams to optimize workflows—and champion data security best practices. While you bring high-level strategy and expertise, you also have a servant-leadership mindset: you are never afraid to get into the weeds to help anyone and mentor team members when volume is high. Responsibilities - Serve as the top-tier technical expert to resolve complex issues across endpoints, identity, networks, and core business applications, documenting root causes and scalable solutions. - Maintain strong security and compliance across all IT workflows, applying data security principles (e.g., MFA, least-privilege access) and ensuring all records (tickets, assets, changes) are audit-ready. ...
