About the Role: 営業組織の基礎となる担当施設の管理や、目標設定・進捗管理及び結果の報告、各種アクティビティのKPI管理、ROI分析など、次のアクションにつながる分析を行うことで　営業活動の効率化・生産性向上を図り、営業目標達成に貢献するポジションである。 現場営業部門、Marketing、Medical、Digitalなどの関連部門と連携しながら、業務プロセスの標準化・可視化・最適化を行うことで、安定的かつ再現性のある営業オペレーションの構築を担う。 What You'll Do: テリトリ設計の提案 販売計画案の策定と実績の管理 インセンティブプランの設計提案と進捗管理・結果報告 アクティビティ分析・ROI分析 その他営業に関するKPIの提案と進捗管理 上記に関するマネジメントやField Salesへの説明 業務用車両の管理と安全運転の推進業務 Who You Are: 製薬企業の営業の目標設定、KPI管理の経験 業務プロセス設計、業務改善、運用構築の経験、関連部門と協業した経験 高いLeadership＆ Communication力/ステークホルダー調整力 課題を構造的に整理し、改善案を立案・実行できる能力 Excel、PowerPointを用いた資料作成およびデータ整理・可視化スキル ベンダーコントロール経験 英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力 Where You’ll Work This role is based out of our Tokyo office with weekly flexibility to support both your professional and personal needs.
