In this role, you’ll own the strategy and hands-on execution of full-funnel programs that generate high-quality leads and pipeline for Sales—blending <strong>demand generation fundamentals (ICP, lead lifecycle, pipeline influence)</strong> with <strong>performance marketing rigor</strong>.</p> <p>You will build, launch, and optimize campaigns across <strong>LinkedIn Ads, Paid Search</strong>, and <strong>content syndication</strong>, while helping evolve our <strong>ABM/ICP-targeted strategy</strong> to reach priority accounts and decision-makers. You’ll partner closely with Sales, SDR leadership, Lifecycle/CRM, Product Marketing, Creative, and Analytics to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and investment efficiency.</p> <h2>You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Own DDfB sales-led demand gen performance</strong> across LinkedIn, Paid Search, ABM motions, and content syndication to drive <strong>MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue impact</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Plan and execute LinkedIn + Search campaigns hands-on</strong>, including audience/keyword strategy, campaign structure, bidding, budget allocation, and always-on optimization.</li> <li><strong>Develop and scale ABM/ICP-targeted programs</strong>, including account tiering support, matched audience strategies, segment-specific messaging, and coordinated plays with Sales/SDRs.</li> <li><strong>Manage and optimize content syndication programs</strong>, including vendor/channel selection, lead quality monitoring, conversion improvements, and performance-based budget shifts.</li> <li><strong>Own full-funnel testing strategy</strong>: creative/copy iteration, landing page experimentation, audience segmentation, retargeting, and channel mix tests to improve CVR and reduce CPL/CAC.</li> <li><strong>Build tight Sales feedback loops</strong>: diagnose lead quality, improve handoffs and SLAs, and translate qualitative feedback into targeting, messaging, and funnel improvements.</li> <li><strong>Drive measurement and reporting</strong> by defining KPI frameworks and creating performance readouts (e.g., <strong>MQL, SQL, CW, CPL, CAC/CPA, ROAS, Payback</strong>) with clear insights and actions.</li> <li><strong>Partner cross-functionally</strong> with Brand/Creative and Product Marketing to develop assets and messaging tailored to each segment and campaign objective.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>We’re excited about you because…</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You have <strong>4–6+ years</strong> of hands-on experience in <strong>B2B demand generation and/or performance marketing</strong>, ideally in a sales-led environment.</li> <li>You have proven expertise executin ...
