Our team strives to always be in front, and there for our people anytime, anywhere.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>DoorDash is seeking an <strong>Associate Manager, Corporate Safety and Security</strong> to join our Global Safety and Security team. This role is based in <strong>San Francisco</strong> and supports <strong>multiple West Coast offices</strong>, with regular travel required to assigned sites to onboard and support team members, assess site conditions, and maintain strong operational presence.</p> <p>In this role, you will serve as a regional owner for site-level safety and security execution. You will directly manage FTE Lobby Agents, ensure consistent security coverage, and act as a trusted local decision-maker during incidents. The work is hands-on and operational, balancing day-to-day execution with clear communication, documentation, and coordination across partners.</p> <p>You will work closely with Global Safety and Security leadership and cross-functional partners including Workplace Experience, Human Resources, Real Estate, and IT to ensure DoorDash offices operate safely, reliably, and in alignment with CSS standards.
