We are dedicated to providing the highest demanded products with the best end to end experience. Our team often focuses on how we can provide more value to our Merchants through our platform and our strong external partnerships.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>You will report directly to the General Manager of Merchant Financials on our Ads Promos team. You will support and lead the growth of one of our newest growth bets with a key partner in the financing space. We are looking for someone that can take ownership of an early product and grow it to maturity with the support of product, engineering, and sales. The ideal candidate enjoys solving customer problems, can deliver with tight deadlines, and likes to test in a fast paced environment. The candidate will be expected to be in office (SF HQ). </p> <h2><strong>You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Strategize</strong> – Understand the needs of our Merchants, prioritize those needs by impact, and create solutions with cross-functional partners</li> <li><strong>Build</strong> – Drive the implementation of new product features and processes for managing Merchant financial products </li> <li><strong>Construct</strong> - Navigate in an ambiguous environment and bring structure to undefined opportunities. There won’t be playbooks or templates, instead you will create them.</li> <li><strong>Analyze</strong> – Leverage data whenever possible to inform your hypothesis and convince cross functional partners.</li> <li><strong>Influence</strong> – Work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development teams to align on a path forward and bring these products to market </li> </ul> <h2><strong>We’re excited about you because…</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You have 4+ years of experience in strategy operations / product management / investment banking / management consulting / mergers acquisitions or related experience (preferable in the financing or fin tech industry)</li> <li>You’re energized by diving into difficult problems with first principles and working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams.</li> <li>You’re a logic data-driven problem solver that can leverage Excel/Google Sheets to derive answers (SQL experience is a plus)</li> <li>Experience working with data analytics and predictive modeling</li> <li>You want to affect change every day and can operate in energizing environments</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p style="font-weight: 500;">Notice to Applicants for Jobs Located in NYC or Remote Jobs Associated With Office in NYC Only</p> <p>We use Covey as part of our hiring and/or promotional process for jobs in NYC and certain features may qualify it as an AEDT in NYC.
