We’re responsible for driving efficiency, productivity, and scalability across the organization by managing Salesforce and related GTM system integrations. We love what we do and we do it well, in a collaborative, fun, and inclusive environment where cross-functional partnership is key.</p><h1><strong>About the Role</strong></h1><p>As a Revenue Operations Business Systems Manager, you’ll use your strong systems experience and expertise to ensure our business applications are streamlined, effectively used, and fully adopted across the organization. You should ensure you are solving the right problem within our systems to support our revenue strategy, improve our processes, and promote growth across the go-to-market organizations.</p><p>The Revenue Operations Team is composed of innovative members driven to solve some of the more unique challenges within SevenRooms. Our team is responsible for the overall effectiveness and productivity of the organization, and we do this cross-functionally within SevenRooms to advance initiatives.</p><h1><strong>You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…</strong></h1><ul><li>Own the <strong>strategic vision</strong> and<strong> technical delivery</strong> of the systems within your purview with a focus on achieving company departmental goals and desired outcomes</li><li>Drive <strong>adoption</strong> of applications by identifying and understanding usage gaps, supporting users with individual and group coaching and training.</li><li>Effectively <strong>translate </strong>business and process requirements into <strong>actionable documentation</strong> for technical development, user testing scenarios, enablement reference materials, and release documentation</li><li>Lead and <strong>facilitate</strong> system enablement while collaborating with the Enablement Team to devise an effective user training plan, fostering user engagement and successful system adoption.</li><li>Collaborate within the Revenue Operations team to identify and create effective <strong>integrations</strong> with other applications within the technology ecosystem</li><li>Provide <strong>flex capacity</strong> to the Salesforce team as needed by owning the detailed discovery, technical coordination/delivery, and needed communications to ensure fast and efficient delivery that supports the overall needs of the Revenue organization.</li></ul><h1><strong>We’re excited about you because…</strong></h1><ul><li>5+ years in Operations (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success/Service, etc) and System development or consulting</li><li>3+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related Support/Success ecosystem (certified Administrator a major plus, but not required)</li><li><strong><em>You have 2+ years of Gainsight Experience (required)</em></strong></li><li>Highly organized with strong aptitude for project management</li><li>Familiar with Agile development methodology and <strong><em>its</em></strong> core concepts</li><li>Highly collaborative and comfortable leading sessions with stakeholders, leadership, and internal Revenue Operations teams</li><li>Well versed in process flow creation and gap analyses, KPI, adoption, and success metric analytics, project scoping, and change management</li><li>Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast paced environment</li><li>Demonstrated ...
