We’re building and scaling new ways to delight our customers, leveraging the DoorDash platform. The DashMart Growth SO team owns initiatives to grow DashMart customer volume, focusing on new Customer use cases, optimizing new customer facing storefronts and executing go to market strategies for key customer moments.</p><h1><strong>About the Role</strong></h1><p>The DashMart Shopping Experience and Growth Senior Associate will own the ideation and execution of personalized growth and go to market campaigns for DashMart. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and category management, to bring strategic initiatives to life, and dive deep into data to understand consumer behavior, measure impact, and identify opportunities to improve personalization and the DashMart shopping experience.</p><p>You will report into a Manager on the DashMart Strategy Operations teams. We operate in a hybrid model, so we spend some time in person together and some time working remotely.</p><h1><strong>You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…</strong></h1><ul><li><strong>Build.</strong> You’ll have your fingerprints all over DoorDash’s next big business. You’ll do whatever it takes to launch, get 1% better every day, and scale something completely new. This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details.</li><li><strong>Strategize</strong>.
