<p>Our CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Advertising Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising. We provide digital marketing solutions to help CPG brands and advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. This role will be responsible for campaign analytics and optimizations across our performance media products.</p>
<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2>
<p>We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, highly-motivated individual to support our Mid-Market CPG Ads business. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, SO, and Product to scale media analytics, tooling, and enablement across a large and growing advertiser base. This role will pull from your media knowledge and technical skills to build tools and processes oriented towards scale; enabling thousands of advertisers to drive performance media on DoorDash. </p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to support Mid-Market campaign performance and optimization</li>
<li>Use SQL, dashboards, Sheets, email, and CRM workflows to automate and scale insights and recommendations</li>
<li>Translate performance data into repeatable narratives and templates for Sales and advertiser use</li>
<li>Own live training sessions and office hours for Mid-Market Sales, while publishing self-serve enablement materials</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, inform product roadmap decisions, and support go-to-market initiatives</li>
<li>Apply strong media strategy judgment to ensure scaled recommendations remain high quality and advertiser-centric</li>

<h2><strong>We’re excited about you because…</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>You have 4+ years of experience in performance marketing at a digital agency, retail media network, or in a CPG environment</li>
<li>You have been ‘hands on keyboard’ for performance media products and are familiar with different capabilities like targeting, bid strategies, etc</li>
<li>You are highly analytical, and are advanced at data analysis (Intermediate to Advanced SQL a plus)</li>
<li>Have worked in a client facing role and are comfortable sharing data-backed insights and recommendations to external audiences</li>
<li>You have a proven track record of hitting goals and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree</li>
