If you have a passion for applying autonomous technologies in a service used by millions of people, then we want to talk to you! </p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with engineering and robotics leadership to own full-cycle hiring for our robotics and autonomy initiatives, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer close. You will leverage deep market knowledge and talent insights to attract and hire highly specialized candidates, while advising leaders on hiring priorities, role design, and interview strategy. You will also drive interview best practices and inclusive, structured hiring processes to deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience.</p> <p>This position requires an uncommon balance of teamwork, dedication, and interpersonal skills. You are expected to have technical literacy to evaluate engineering talent and act as a representative for the DoorDash brand.
