<h1>About the Role</h1>
<p>We’re hiring a Routing Engineer in our Autonomy Software team. In this role, you’ll work with multiple stakeholders including Product, Engineering (Hardware and Software), and Operations to develop and improve our routing systems. You’ll be researching, designing and implementing enhancements as a core member of the team. </p>

<li>Improve customer experience by optimizing robot routes</li>
<li>Leverage historical data to test and improve your algorithms</li>

<h1><strong>We’re excited about you because…</strong></h1>
<ul>
<li>Experience with graph algorithms in production systems, and their optimization</li>
<li>Experience with at least two of the following: Large-scale mapping data, Microservice Architectures (e.g. GPRC), Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of data structures and advanced algorithms.</li>
<li>Strong C++ experience</li>
<li>Industry experience designing, implementing, and extending algorithms</li>
<li>You're driven by a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.</li>
<li>You have a proactive approach to development, often crafting new tools.</li>
<li>MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related technical field</li>
<li>Nice to have experience includes:</li>
<li>Experience with machine learning techniques applied to robot data</li>
<li>Prior experience in the self-driving vehicle space</li>
<li>Prior experience working on large-scale map-related products</li>
</ul>

<p>The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.</p>
