<p data-start="1198" data-end="1426">As Postman continues to expand its enterprise footprint in India, we are hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on large, complex enterprise accounts.This is a net-new leadership role created to define and scale Postman’s enterprise sales motion in India. The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling technical SaaS platforms into large enterprises, strong people leadership, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments.</p>
<p data-start="1741" data-end="1881">This role is critical to translating Postman’s strong bottom-up developer adoption into top-down, strategic enterprise partnerships.</p>
<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li data-start="1941" data-end="2057">Lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives selling into large, strategic enterprise account.</li>
<li data-start="1941" data-end="2057">Drive disciplined execution of complex, long-cycle enterprise deals involving security, legal, procurement, platform teams, and executive stakeholders</li>
<li data-start="1941" data-end="2057">Establish strong deal inspection, forecasting, and pipeline rigor aligned with enterprise sales best practices</li>
<li data-start="1941" data-end="2057">Own and consistently exceed enterprise revenue targets for the regionDrive new logo acquisition and large-scale expansions within existing enterprise accounts</li>
<li data-start="1941" data-end="2057">Guide Enterprise AEs in building account-centric strategies focused on multi-year value creation</li>
<li data-start="1941" data-end="2057">Coach teams to articulate Postman’s value beyond features — including developer productivity, security, governance, compliance, and AI-driven workflows</li>
<li data-start="1941" data-end="2057">Help customers understand Postman as a strategic platform, not just a developer tool</li>
<li data-start="1941" data-end="2057">Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Legal to execute enterprise deals successfully</li>
<li data-start="1941" data-end="2057">Act as an escalation point for complex customer needs across onboarding, security reviews, and commercial negotiations</li>
<li data-start="1941" data-end="2057">Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement</li>
<li data-start="1941" data-end="2057">Set the standard for enterprise selling excellence in India</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>About You</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including people management of Enterprise AEs</li>
<li>Proven track record of closing and scaling large, complex enterprise deals</li>
<li>Experience selling technical platforms (developer tools, infrastructure, cloud, data, security, or AI-adjacent products)</li>
<li>Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes, including security, compliance, legal, and procurement</li>
