We build enterprise-grade performance, automation, and monitoring platforms, and are pioneering Agentic AI–driven testing that allows developers to create performance and automation tests without writing code—directly impacting customer trust and paid adoption.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Design and build scalable, distributed performance testing infrastructure</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop Agentic AI–powered systems that enable no-code/low-code performance and automation testing</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with AI platform teams to define agent workflows, abstractions, and guardrails</p> </li> <li> <p>Integrate performance testing, automation, and monitoring into a unified quality platform</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with product, frontend, and platform teams across the US and India</p> </li> <li> <p>Help make performance a default, trusted signal in the development and release lifecycle</p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>About You</strong></h2> <ul> <li>6-8 years experience as Software Engineer</li> <li> <p>Have strong experience building distributed backend systems at scale</p> </li> <li> <p>Have worked on performance testing, reliability, automation, or observability platforms</p> </li> <li> <p>Are excited about applying Agentic AI to improve developer workflows</p> </li> <li> <p>Enjoy translating complex systems into simple, powerful developer experiences</p> </li> <li> <p>Are comfortable owning systems end to end and working with distributed teams</p> </li> </ul> <p>The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $220,000 to $240,000, plus a competitive equity package.
