This role focuses on identifying potential clients, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of SMBs. Reporting to the Manager of SMB, this is a critical role in acquiring new business and ensuring client satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the Deel’'s growth objectives and commitment to delivering value to its clients.ResponsibilitiesRepresent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects and existing customersBuild and develop relationships with prospects and customers to create opportunities for cross and upsellingResearching, and qualifying client requirements to seek new solutions and meet their needsWorking closely with our SDR team, strategizing and maintaining an accurate healthy pipelineOngoing communication and relationship building with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Success and Senior LeadershipEnsure CRM system is well maintained and updatedAttend industry events in person building relationships in the HR Tech/FinTech, Payroll ecosystemQualificationsGeographically based in the (specific region).Minimum of 3 years experience as an AE with SMB experience at a unicorn startup or tech companyMust have experience selling SaaS technologiesHighly personable and hold great communication skillsCan breakdown complicated matters and explain them simplyQuick with numbers, and obsessive over delivering a world-class serviceAdaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environmentNative or fully proficient in English.Extensive experience managing b2b clients and expanding the business footprint within UK&I.Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
