If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><p> </p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Serviceability Technician ( </strong><strong>Service Procedure Development Specialist</strong> )</p> <p><strong> </strong>with extensive experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles, particularly Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs). This role demands a professional who thrives in challenging environments. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>· Create and develop service documents (service manual procedures, containments, technical bulletins, and campaigns)</p> <p>· Become a technical expert in Lucid vehicles</p> <p>· Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles</p> <p>· Collaborate with technical training to create technician training material publications</p> <p>· Work closely with Design engineers and identify potential assembly and service issues</p> <p>· Work efficiently within a multidisciplinary cooperative environment</p> <p>· Validate repair procedures for accuracy (Repair procedures, labor time, diagnosis, etc.)</p> <p>· Improve service procedures without compromising safety and quality</p> <p>· Perform tooling validation prior to being release to the field</p> <p>· Support cross functional teams and assist with preproduction vehicle builds</p> <p>· Assist with cost analyst impact on serviceability methods and processes</p> <p>· Support and proactively collaborate with Service Engineering, Field Service, Technical Publications, Service Parts, and Service Training</p> <p>· Support campaigns and containment initiatives</p> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>· A capacity to creatively solve problems and think quickly in fast paced environments</p> <p>· Flexible work availability and ability to travel as needed to support service efforts</p> <p>· Mindfulness and a passion for creating positive team experiences</p> <p>· Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and vendors</p> <p>· Proficient in navigating a laptop or computer in a windows environment</p> <p>· Working knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to effectively navigate internal business platforms</p> <p>· Experience using test tools</p> <p>· An innate drive to maintain product and company reputation, always complying with company communications policies</p> <p>· Excellent communication skills</p> <p>· Proof of excellence in your past position, while demonstrating profound creativity in resolving problems</p> <p>· A passion for our mission, our people, and our customers</p> <p>· Strong oral and written communication skills</p> <p>· Strong organization and time management skills</p> <p>· Strong aptitude for learning innovative technologies</p> <p>· 6-10+ years of automotive experience</p> <p>· 2-4+ years of EV experience</p> <p>- High school diploma or GED preferred</p> <p>· Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past year</p> <p> ...
