You’ll serve as a trusted product expert from first touch through scale, leading onboarding, training, and strategic enablement programs that translate business challenges into high-impact use cases with measurable outcomes.As our first US-based AI Deployment Strategist, you’ll help shape a new product category from the ground up in a fast-paced environment where ownership and impact define success.ResponsibilitiesLead the Customer Deployment Journey (first 60–90 days)Partner with customers as a trusted advisor to define deployment goals aligned with business objectivesDesign and deliver persona-specific enablement sessions, from first-time users to executive stakeholdersIdentify and unlock high-impact use cases across customer organizationsMonitor adoption metrics and proactively remove blockers to accelerate value realizationDrive Strategic Enablement ProgramsDesign scalable programs that connect customer goals with Dust’s product capabilitiesCreate high-quality educational content, including guides, playbooks, and learning materials that enable customer self-sufficiencyBuild the foundation of Dust’s customer education platform from the ground upPartner closely with Sales and Customer Success to refine deployment and handoff processesProduct & Organizational ImpactAct as the voice of the customer, sharing insights that inform product development in a rapidly evolving GenAI landscapeHelp build and scale Dust’s US operations by establishing best practices and repeatable processesRequirementsProven impact developing and deploying successful digital adoption and education strategies in a rapidly evolving tech landscapeHands-on experience using AI products in a professional contextAbility to absorb complex product knowledge and effectively communicate technical concepts to drive customer adoption and success.Curiosity, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a flair for elegant solutions to first-of-a-kind problems.Robust prioritization and multitasking skills to operate with a high level of ownership and initiative alongside demanding users and in an emerging field.Excellent communication skills in English to effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including C-levels.Prior experiences in consulting or in roles tasked with driving adoption, retention and expansion for customers, preferably in the SaaS industry.You should still consider applying, even if you don’t strictly meet all the requirements above, as long as you have the desire and determination to apply your experience in the service of our users.Benefits & CompensationCompetitive compensation: $135,000 to $200,000 a yearSignificant equity package at a Sequoia-backed startupHealth benefits for you and your dependentsNew MacBook Pro or Linux machine, monitor, keyboard, etc.Opportunity to travel to the EU multiple times a yearRegular team events and off-sitesLocationWe're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris and San Francisco, because we value the magic that happens when talented people work closely t ...
