Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!</p></div><h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking an experienced product manager to own our expert contributor product ecosystem. The ideal candidate has led product initiatives within fast-moving, real-world marketplaces where supply and demand must be continuously balanced, operational efficiency is critical, and user experience directly impacts growth. They understand how to build and optimize multi-sided marketplaces that maintain healthy economics, drive sustained engagement and retention, and deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes at scale.<br><br>In this role, you will define product strategy, build features, and run experiments that optimize marketplace outcomes, driving matching efficiency, fulfillment quality, conversion, retention, and unit economics. You will partner closely with Operations, Research, Engineering, Analytics, and GTM teams to refine marketplace dynamics across supply, demand, pricing, incentives, and quality.</p> <h3><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience as a Product Manager</li> <li>Experience building products for the gig economy, focused on supply-side onboarding, lifecycle management, user experience, quality, and other aspects </li> <li>Strong SaaS UI/UX design sense and product-building experience</li> <li>Experience working closely with enterprise customers and channel partners in the enterprise software industry</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and lead world-class product teams from the ground up</li> <li>Educational background in computer science or related engineering practice</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years working on marketplace, logistics, supply/demand, or growth systems.</li> <li>Experience from a marketplace or platform-based organization</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in metrics-driven decision-making, experimentation, and portfolio tradeoffs.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to partner closely with data science and engineering to deliver scalable, measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Deep intuition and rigor around user behavior, incentives, and marketplace mechanics.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$240,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$300,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Be Your Best at Snorkel</strong></p> <p>Joining Snorkel AI means becoming part of a company that has market proven solutions, robust funding, and is scaling rapidly—offering a unique combination of stability and the excitement of high growth.
