Thus Partner Revenue Operations is uniquely positioned at the cross section of these critical support functions to make a true impact on the business.Our team is building the capabilities needed to scale Snowflake’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy & Partner ecosystem into new markets and customer segments, introduce uniquely new solutions and services, and sell through new channels.We are seeking a results-driven Channel Deal Operations professional to support our evolving GTM model. This role bridges execution and strategy, ensuring deals flow smoothly from partner and sales engagement through to booking, while continuously improving the underlying systems and processes that enable scale.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at resolving deal blockers in real time, and partners closely with sales and partner managers to unlock business opportunities. Beyond day-to-day deal execution, this individual will help shape the operational foundation by documenting processes, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and driving improvements that streamline quote-to-cash and partner deal workflows.Intimate knowledge of SIs, ISVs, Cloud Partners and Reseller business and the associated processes and tools needed to support are critical. Success in this role requires balancing “run the business” priorities such as deal desk support, approvals and transactional accuracy, with “change the business” initiatives such as process mapping, automation and system enhancements. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational precision and continuous improvement.This role is based in Costa Rica. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL GET TO:Run the Business:Provide real-time channel operations support to partner and sales managers to unblock, structure and process deals quickly and accuratelyServe as the first point of contact for channel deal desk and quote-to-cash related inquiriesReview deal documentation for compliance with policies, commercial terms and partner programsPartner across functionally with Sales Ops, Desk Deal, Legal, Finance and RevOps to ensure smooth deal execution and bookingsMonitor deal throughput, identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for immediate business impactSupport internal and external compliance and audit reviews for channel businessesChange the Business:Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) that clarify deal processes and partner workflowsCreate process maps and visual flows to improve visibility and consistency across teamsCollaborate with systems and IT stakeholders to enhance CRM/PRM/CPQ and contracting tools to support Channel GTM motionsIdentify automation opportunities that reduce manual efforts and improve speed to bookingsBalance daily deal execution with strategic improvement initiatives that modernize operations that lead to scaling the businessON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:6+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations or channel operations in high-growth enterprise softwareProven ability to manage deal flow from quote through booking with strong attention to detail and policy complianceDemonstrated experience ...
