You can learn more about working with us in the last section of this page.About the roleAs a member of our Provider Growth team, you will be responsible for helping new provider organizations go from first contact to full activation. Your job is to make onboarding fast, simple, and effective — ensuring every new user sees value early and often. You will conduct outreach, run onboarding sessions, build self-serve tools, and guide practices through real-world integration of Tandem into their day-to-day workflows.This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires both empathy and execution. You will work closely with ops, product, and engineering to build scalable processes, surface feedback, and help the company understand what providers actually need. Your work will directly impact how many patients get the support they need and how fast we can scale.This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Tandem's success. If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.If you join, you will:Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new provider organizations, from first contact all the way through to full activationBuild, maintain, and close a list of target accounts, in partnership with RevOps & Analytics teamsDrive outreach and engagement to help bring new practices into the funnel and get them excited to try TandemHost product demos, training sessions, onboarding walkthroughs, and develop materials tailored to different user types (e.g., staff, clinicians, administrators)Build and refine repeatable playbooks and self-serve resources to help onboarding scale efficientlyMonitor activation and adoption data to identify blockers and intervene proactivelyDrive usage of key features by helping providers understand how to incorporate them into their real-world workflows, and gather feedback on those features to inform Product improvementsPartner with ops, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user journeyWe’ll be most excited if you have:Proven track record in sales, customer success, or implementation, ideally in a startup or health tech environmentA strong sense of user empathy, especially for providers and staff juggling high workloads (familiarity with healthcare workflows, provider practices, or EHRs is a big plus)Excellent communication skills — clear, patient, personable, and confidentComfort with ambiguity and context switching; you can roll up your sleeves and figure things out fastAbility to master new complex technology tools quickly and work with dataHigh NPS with your former teammatesExperience with Hubspot or similar CRM platformsThis is a list of ideal ...
