Led by our Chief People Officer—a key member of our SteerCo (Executive Team)—the People function at UpGuard is made up of Talent Acquisition (TA), Strategic Business Partners, and specialist areas in OD, Reward, and Operations. As the Head of Reward & People Operations, you will lead two People Operations Specialists, giving you full-stack ownership over both the high-level strategy and the operational execution of your function. You are the architect of our global employment infrastructure—owning everything from total rewards and benefits to the systems, compliance, and competency development that drive both individual and organisational performance. Where does this role fit in? As part of the People & Culture team, this role brings together reward, benefits, operations, and compliance - building the foundations that enable our people and business to scale confidently. You’ll design smart systems, drive pay and benefits strategy, and ensure compliance across all global locations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends strategy with precision execution in a fast-growing global tech company of 300+ people.
