The Principal Power Platform Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing intelligent, scalable and secure solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot. The Principal Power Platform Engineer will integrate Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents with Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 to deliver AI‑powered applications and automated workflows that enhance productivity and streamline business processes. The work includes preparing environments and ensuring Microsoft 365 tenant readiness, as well as building and optimizing conversational agents that operate within established governance, compliance and security controls. Through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and consistent application of platform standards, this role helps maintain a well‑governed Power Platform ecosystem that supports reliable, secure and responsible AI adoption across the organization.
