The Strategy & Operations Associate will report directly to the Growth Department leadership and will be responsible for: - Supporting Sword Health's rapid growth by working on high-impact strategic projects and operational initiatives to drive revenue and better experience to our members. - Leading and assisting in growth-related special projects with cross-functional and financial impact on key business areas. - Collaborating closely with different departments to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies and campaigns.
