The Role Are you a passionate and curious individual with a relentless drive for delivering successful software implementations? We are looking for a senior, self-motivated Lead Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You'll be at the forefront of our mission, leading a team of Veeva colleagues and working side-by-side with one of our key enterprise customers. As a primary customer liaison, you will build long-term relationships and act as a customer advocate, guiding them in the adoption of industry best practices and providing value through agile delivery. You'll leverage your existing background in Life Sciences software implementation and program/project management while innovating and developing novel approaches to project delivery. You’ll be responsible for empowering enterprise companies with best-of-breed cloud-based technology.
