The Lucid Brand Ambassador is the first point of engagement guests will have at the Lucid studio w<span class="Apple-converted-space">orking up to 24 hours per week. </span></p> <p>The role:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Welcome guests, resolve general inquiries, and schedule test drives<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Quality lead capture in CRM (Salesforce) inputs for customer interactions and outreach<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Customer Assessment: Ask questions to understand budget, preferences, timeline<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Listen to customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles and collects required customer information<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Ensure all guests are directed to the most appropriate point of contact<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Develop deep knowledge of Lucid brand, vehicles, and services<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Stimulate customer consideration, explaining features, specifications, pricing of all models<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Provide backend (i.e., non-customer-facing) operational support to ensure completion of order paperwork and clarity on order/vehicle status<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Facilities Management: Ensure food and beverage replenishment from existing inventory and reporting of maintenance requests<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Support Studio Manager in execution of Retail Ops. playbook (i.e. opening / closing checklist)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Ensure test drive and showcase vehicle readiness (cleaning, charging)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Assist with daily operations as needed<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>You bring:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Exceptional people skills, communication is key!<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Ability to deliver an outstanding customer journey for guests entering the Studio<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Experience in customer facing industry (food service, retail, hospitality etc)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Patience and professionalism<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Comfortable operating in ambiguous retail environment<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>· Passion for EV industry and building the Lucid brand<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </s ...
