This crucial role will drive key initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and provide high-level support to enhance the effectiveness of our HR function and people strategies in our fast-paced, innovative environment.</p>

<p class="my-0">Collaborate with the SVP of People to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Lucid Motors' rapid growth and innovation goals</p>
</li>

<p class="my-0">Lead the development and tracking of OKRs for the HR department, ensuring alignment with Lucid's mission to redefine electric luxury vehicles</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="my-0">Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, particularly those related to talent acquisition, retention, and development in the competitive EV industry</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="my-0">Oversee HR data analytics efforts, translating complex data into actionable insights to support Lucid's talent strategies</p>
</li>

<p class="my-0">Develop and maintain dashboards to track key HR metrics and KPIs relevant to the automotive and tech sectors</p>

<p class="my-0">Conduct regular analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in HR processes and programs, with a focus on supporting Lucid's innovative culture</p>

<p class="my-0">Create high-impact presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, and company-wide communications, showcasing Lucid's people initiatives and their impact on the company's growth</p>

<p class="my-0">Act as a liaison between the HR department and other business units, fostering collaboration across Lucid's diverse teams</p>

<p class="my-0">Identify and implement best practices in HR management and people operations, with a focus on supporting a culture of innovation and excellence</p>

<p class="my-0">Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree preferred</p>

<p class="my-0">10+ years of experience in HR, business operations, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a strategic role, preferably in the automotive, tech, or high-growth industries</p>
