Individuals should have a passion for and a deep understanding of Electrical vehicle diagnostics and repair and must possess outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Roswell GA is a central training hub where technicians come to refine their skills. <strong>This role is fully on-site at the Lucid Service Center in Roswell GA. It is not a remote or hybrid position, and team members are required to be on-site five days per week.<br><br>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive technicians through highly engaging electric vehicle repair training of the highest quality</li> <li>Organize and prepare classroom and shop settings for instructor-led training</li> <li>Provide feedback from training sessions back to the development team to help build the most robust training in the industry</li> <li>Support the Learning Development team in creating industry-leading training as a subject matter expert</li> <li>Maintain Classroom and shop cleanliness and organization for in-person training</li> <li>Maintain and order consumable and parts inventory</li> <li>Work with training coordinator to handle all student records and scheduling</li> <li>Work with technical team to stay up to date on the latest procedures and best practices</li> <li>Comply with all Lucid safety rules, guidelines, and quality standards</li> <li>Some international travel is necessary</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years plus of technical training in the automotive field</li> <li>5+ years of working in the automotive repair industry</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of electric vehicle repair techniques, tools, and equipment</li> <li>Deep understanding of basic electrical skills, network diagnostics and high voltage systems.</li> <li>Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and teach a diverse audience.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Ability to work from the service center in Rowell GA.</li> <li>Willingness to travel to provide on-site training and support at facilities both nationally and internationally.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements and technologies.</li> <li>ASE Certifications are encouraged and advantageous</li> <li>Certifications in electric/hybrid vehicle repair are advantageous </li> <li>General understanding of the training development process</li> <li>Previous OEM training experience preferred</li> </ul> <p>Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of software<br><br><br></p> <div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
