<p><strong>About the Revenue Enablement Specialist</strong><strong> at Headspace:</strong></p> <p>We’re seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing our commercial organization’s effectiveness. This is an individual contributor role with strong connection/collaboration with PMM, Marketing, and the Product teams. We’re looking for a strong communicator who excels at simplifying complex ideas to develop impactful training content and programs that help our sales people to be successful in their jobs.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll support a comprehensive training and development program, including onboarding and everboarding training. You’ll assist with sales playbooks, and manage our sales enablement content repository with a focus on utilization, governance and best practices.</p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support and implement training strategy, program, and curriculum for the sales organization</li> <li>Support development and roll out sales playbooks</li> <li>Manage the sales enablement content repository</li> <li>Liaise with Product Marketing for up-to-date product information and other collateral to support the buyer and seller journeys</li> <li>Strengthen customer reference program and user community engagement</li> <li>Govern cross-solution templates for standardized presentations</li> <li>Determine content adoption metrics to define sales enablement best practices</li> <li>Publish weekly commercial-focused newsletter to provide just in time information</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will bring</strong>:</p> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in Enablement, Sales, Marketing, or Sales support in a SaaS company.</li> <li>Proficiency in e-Learning tools, with Articulate 360 experience a plus.</li> <li>Proficiency in content management repositories, Highspot experience a plus.</li> <li>Experience supporting sales tools, playbooks, training, and certification programs.</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.</li> <li>Creative and successful problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization and bias toward action.</li> <li>Passion for mental health and alignment with Headspace’s mission of creating a world where everyone is kind to their mind.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience within the digital health or mental health space.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location: </strong></p> <p><strong>We are currently hiring this role remotely in the US and Hybrid for San Francisco (SF). Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time.<br></strong>For candidates with a primary residence in the greater SF area, this role will follow our hybrid model. You’ll work 3 days per week from our office, allowing for impactful in-office collaboration and connection, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work for the rest of the week. Your recruiter will share more details about our hybrid model. </p> <p><strong>Pay Benefits</strong>:</p> <p>The anticipated new hire base salary range for this full-time position is <strong>$79,200-$110,000</strong> + equity + benefits. </p> <p>Our salary ranges are based on the job, level, and location, and reflect the lowest to highest geographic markets where we are hiring for this role within the United States.
