<p><strong>About the Strategic Partnerships Lead (Fixed-Term Contract)</strong><strong> at Headspace:</strong></p> <p><em>We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to join our Partnerships team. This individual will initially focus on new partner pipeline development, helping identify, cultivate, and secure strategic relationships that align with Headspace’s growth objectives. This role will serve as the end-to-end owner of high-value partnerships from day one — including sourcing, negotiation, launch, and growth — with increasing autonomy over time.</em></p> <p><em>The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of sales and relationship management, and is equally comfortable generating new opportunities as they are deepening and expanding existing ones. This person will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, Implementation, and Legal to deliver seamless partner experiences and measurable results.</em></p> <p><strong>Headspace functions as a remote-first company with the possibility to work from our office spaces in central London (Holborn).</strong></p> <p><strong>***This is a 10 months fixed-term contract for maternity leave coverage.***</strong></p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pipeline Development: Independently source and develop high-impact partnership opportunities aligned to our GTM strategy and target segments.</li> <li>End-to-End Management: Own the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships — from opportunity identification through contract execution, implementation, and growth planning — serving as the central point of accountability.</li> <li>Sales Relationship Management: Act as both a hunter and farmer — driving new revenue opportunities while also cultivating long-term partner success.</li> <li>Contracting Account Planning: Lead contracting processes in partnership with Legal and Finance; create and execute detailed account plans to maximize revenue and partner impact.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals, ensure smooth onboarding, and deliver exceptional partner outcomes.</li> <li>Revenue Retention: Be accountable for achieving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) retention goals, with a strong focus on renewals and growth.</li> <li>Strategic Insights: Proactively synthesize partner feedback and emerging trends to inform product, GTM strategy, and operational improvements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will bring</strong>:</p> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role, ideally in healthtech, SaaS, or consumer wellness.</li> <li>Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships that drive revenue.</li> <li>Strong negotiation and contracting experience.</li> <li>Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding ARR and retention goals.</li> <li>Comfort navigating cross-functional environments and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience in the digital health, employee benefits, or health-tech industry.</li> <li>Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate how digital health solutions and potential integrations work.</li> <li>Experience with partner enablement and developing training materials for external sales or client success teams.</li> <li>Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay Benefits</strong>:</p> <p>The base salary for this role is <strong>£75,000</strong> GBP.
