Key Responsibilities • Manage end‑to‑end payroll processes aligned with local and international compliance standards. • Investigate discrepancies, perform root‑cause analysis, and propose sustainable solutions. • Communicate technical findings clearly to clients and internal teams. • Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases. • Navigate payroll platforms, troubleshoot issues, and learn new systems quickly. • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process optimizations. • Handle payroll data with accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. • Meet strict deadlines and deliver high‑quality work consistently. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in payroll, high‑regulation environments, or data‑processing roles. • English C1–C2 with minimal accent. • Strong analytical and root‑cause investigation skills. • High technical aptitude and ability to self‑learn systems. • Advanced Excel (including data‑analysis functions), Word, and enterprise tools. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work under pressure without sacrificing accuracy.
