<p class="p1">As we step into our next phase of growth, Everlaw is looking for a People Operations Program Manager to lead our day to day operations and design, scale, and manage the infrastructure that powers our employee experience.</p> <p class="p1">In this role, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our People processes are seamless, scalable, and human-centric. To do this, you’ll partner closely with our People, Finance, and Legal teams to manage our People tech stack and day to day operations —ensuring that every Everlawyer has the support they need to do their best work.</p> <p class="p1">This role requires a unique blend of operational excellence, technical savvy, and a "service-first" mindset. You are someone who enjoys diving into the "pipes" of an organization to ensure they are leak-proof, while proactively identifying ways to improve the system for everyone.</p> <p class="p1">The Details</p> <p class="p1">This is a full-time exempt position based in our Oakland, California office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.</p> <h3>Getting started</h3> <p class="p1">We’re committed to your success and want you to feel like a part of our team! We’re excited to find ways for you to contribute, and will create room for you to learn and grow along the way.</p> <h3>In your role, you'll...</h3> <ul> <li>Optimize our People Tech stack: You will manage and improve the tools that define our employee lifecycle—including our HRIS (Rippling), performance management (Lattice), and leave management systems. You’ll ensure these tools deliver a first-class experience while maintaining 100% data integrity.</li> <li>Administer core People offerings: You’ll be the hands-on owner and trusted partner for our core programs, including health insurance plans, 401(k)/retirement, leaves of absence, and immigration. You’ll ensure these programs run smoothly and that employees feel supported during life’s big moments.</li> <li>Lead our compliance governance strategy: In partnership with counsel, you will ensure we remain proactive and compliant as we expand. You will roll out a thoughtful data governance framework, managing role-based access requests to balance stakeholder needs with the responsibility to safeguard confidential employee data.</li> <li>Drive operational scalability: You will continually assess our workflows to identify bottlenecks.
